Rowe sets field for first 88 at Lucky Leprechaun 300
Matt Rowe held his live draw for positions for the field of the Impact Survival Series ‘Lucky Leprechaun 300’ a 300-lap Enduro race for four-cylinder cars and at the same time announced the race had been pushed one week to March 23 at Dells Raceway Park.
Registrations are still possible, but the 88 racers that pre-registered were eligible to be included in the draw for positions.
Cody Hokenstad of Shawano was the lucky driver drawn first out of the box and he will start on pole, sharing the front row with Frank Calabrese and Mike Plate Jr. From there the field draws back to 29-rows of three-wide racers and one on the 30th row.
Rowe is hoping for a 100-car field and with 11 days to go until they line up at DRP, it seems a real possibility.
The flag is scheduled to go green at 2 p.m.
